Product description

Lehmapiimast valmistatud täisrasvane valgehallitusjuust kreekapähkliga. Pehme konsistentsiga, kergelt soolaka maitsega, hõlpsasti tükeldatav. Juustupind kaetud valkja söödava valgehallituse kihiga. Valgehallitusjuustule iseloomuliku kerge šampinjoni maitse ja lõhnaga, mis juustu küpsemisel intensiivistuvad. Tootmisel ei ole kasutatud loomset laapi, sobib taimetoitlastele. Enne serveerimist on soovitav juustu hoida vähemalt 30min toatemperatuuril.
